The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Jakarta consular Services
Monday to Friday 09:00 AM – 15:30 PM
The consular section receives documents for authentication from Monday till Thursday from Hrs 09:00 AM - 12.00 PM. Friday from 09:00 till 11:00 AM.
The documents could be collected back after one day from 09:00 AM Till 15:00
Consular section will not receive documents for authentication on the last day of the month.
The UAE Embassy in Jakarta issues visas for diplomatic and official passports only. Visas for ordinary passports could be obtained directly via sponsor from the UAE (the sponsor can be a UAE citizen, a company a hotel a commercial partner)

Requirement for issuing visas:
- - Filling the writable form visa above in Block Letter
- - 2 Colored Photos size (3 x 4)
- - Recommendation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of R.I or the competent authority.
- - Flight Schedule / Itinerary
- - The invitation letter
TRANSIT VISA :
The Flight could be a sponsor for transit visa in below conditions:
- - Passport valid for minimum until 6 months
- - The applicant will continue the next trip to another country
- - Air ticket to the next destination should be confirmed
- - Transit time is not more than 96 hour
The next destination after transit should be the another country not the origin country.
The United Arab Emirates New Visas Rates as of August 1st 2008
Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, Contracts, Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates (In General), Power of Attorney, Trading and Distribution Agency, Financial Statements, Finger Prints, Police Clearance, Incorporating Certificates, Resolution of Board of Directors, have to be first notarized and then authenticated by the Indonesian Ministry of foreign Affairs.
Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Analysis, Health and food Inspection Certificates, Shipping Certificate, Packing list, Customs Declaration, Agricultural, Pharmaceuticals and Food Products are to be certified by the Indonesian Middle East Chambers of Commerce and Industry (KADIN TIMUR TENGAH).
Depending on the document, all the documents have to be legalized first by KADIN Timur Tengah.

Authentication of Commercial Invoices and Certificates of Origin:
Commercial Invoice must contain complete description of the goods with their marks, number and type of packaging, gross and net weights, quantities and values. If available, indicate the H.S. tariff number for each commodity. Same signed declarations as in Certificate of Origin should appear on Commercial Invoices. Final destination and ultimate consignee must be shown.
Commercial invoices should be certified by Chambers of Commerce within Singapore, Brunei Darussalam before coming to the Embassy.
Authentication fees for Commercial Documents
Effective from 1 April 2005
Certificate of Origin (CO):
COs are required for all goods on general forms. Final destination and ultimate consignee must be shown. COs must be accompanied by the Commercial Invoice. COs must be certified by Indonesian Middle East Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The authentication fees for Commercial Invoices are calculated base on the value (By Value)
Payments for services provided by the U.A.E. Embassy Jakarta should be in cash payment only.
